I just found somebody that built the set recently and he was able to send me
pictures of the box and the cape. He got 522c version, I see 6259725 shows as
containing 522, maybe it was a mistake when it was created.
Thank you
Andres

Yes, that is very likely. There was a time period when there was significant
confusion between these 2 parts and they got mixed up quite a bit.

was inventoried from sealed set contents by Marek, and he left a note in our
admin forum in October 2019 that his olive green cape from sw1037 was actually
the 522/4cm version.
I don't know yet how we should handle this case, but the cape changes should
be reverted because the figure first came with the 522 cape. Then we can decide
if we need a new catalog entry for the figure with 522c or if we just want to
add notes to the figure and the sleeve inventory that the cape can also be 522c.

Please only a note as if an entire new entry was made for a figure with a .1
cm difference in the cape I think it would cause a lot of headaches

The note in our admin forum also says these capes are a mess and I agree. I think
we should have a serious look at those capes. I approved this change request,
based on the only images I saw (in this request) of this specific cape ánd based
on timeline.
Imo it looks like 522c (3.9 cm) started to appear in 2015 and 522 (4.0 cm) could
be listed incorrectly in sets between 2017-2020. But the question is, when did
LEGO stop producing 522?!
522c was added to the catalog Oct 1, 2015
inventory based on sealed set contents, confirmed twice based on sealed set contents
cape probably not in a cardboard sleeve.
1mm really isn't that much and one can measure 4.0 and another 3.9 very easily.
Mistakes happen.
So when did LEGO stop producing capes of 4.0 cm? 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 or 2020?
From 2017-2020 it shows on BL in 7 sets, 6 minifigures, 4 cardboard sleeves.
This is excluding sw1037.

Time ends with a little help.
Could you re-check if the cape is 3.9 or 4.0 cm of

Hi Andres,
Thank you for the images. I didn't receive any by e-mail indeed.
