Please make changes to the following inventory:

Set No: 4551 Name: Crocodile Locomotive
*
4551-1 (Inv) Crocodile Locomotive
308 Parts, 1 Minifigure, 1991
Sets: Train: 9V

* Change {26 to 24} Part Red 3023 Plate 1 x 2

Comments from Submitter:
Just inventoried my 4551 set, and found the number of red 1x2 plates to be incorrect. For the main set, only 24 parts are required, for the B set no such parts are required. Any reason why this would be 26?

The set seems to have been redesigned at some point because the train front was
changed which would make at least two 1x4 bricks obsolete. Unfortunately, I can't
find any information about the redesign anywhere except a used set that show
that the instructions look a bit different but I can't see the pages concerning
the train front.

Everything I have looked into, including two official LEGO sources of set content
confirm the number of 1x2 plates, so I will approve this change request.
