I think because this set was "recalled" by TLG, so it can not be sold
on Bricklink.
Indeed
Obviously.
But maybe addressing the actual "why" such a set would be pulled is what
WildBricks and so many others would appreciate understanding better? The backstory
of developing and producing such a product, only to pull it after it's been
retailed and on the shelves, as they say?
Go ahead, give the reasoning behind such a costly and troublesome move by TLG
in dealing with countless retailers and customers? Can you say, military/government
contract and lawsuits or the threat thereof

likely due to the faulty design of the set, which would require either a recall
of all sets or redesigning the set and then offering replacement parts to all
customers (but depending how fundamental the flaw is, it might not be fixable
without extensive changes, in which case a recall is needed). The "military
vehicle" thing could have been the "final straw" on choosing the
route, or it could have been a complete coincidence

Sure
Core gear issues with a build is a pretty believable reason

At first I thought you had a giant behind you!
Oh, yes, now you say it I see it 😅
I just wanted to add to the atmosphere¹ without making a full decor… but that’s
a bit weird (had to use rubber colour too, because the drapes were mirroring
the scene).
Ah well, as they say, “the critique is easy but the art is difficult.”
Why can you part it out to your wanted list? or store inventory?
I know it is a "banned" set, but should would be nice if it could be
added to a wanted list to make it easier to find all the parts.

You can download the inventory, and then you edit it a bit to make a WL that
you can upload.
Or you use BrickStore to make all the conversions for you.
You can also import the inventory in Studio (all the parts are available; you
can even find the instructions).
I just want to add my opinion - I think I should not be deleted, but if needed
set so it can not be sold or bought
I see it as a part of history, and we should not change history. It was made,
so it exists, and has its right to be listed here
Selling and buying is a different case
