Looking for a bit of advice. I placed 22 orders for parts on March 30. All of
them have been coming in just fine with the exception of one that is still marked
as "PAID" and not shipped. It is a newer store with only 105 orders and
my order was only for three inexpensive minifigs so I have been waiting to see
if things would move forward. On April 6 I sent a message to the seller through
Bricklink to ask if they would be shipping soon. As of today, the message is
still not marked as "READ" so not sure what I should do.
Since it is a newer seller, I really don't want to ding them as they probably
are not into a rhythm as a store yet, but after a week I guess I expect some
update.
What would you do next? The total cost of the order including shipping is $11.60
USD.

That seems to have done it. I now have a tracking number and it appears that
a package has been sent. For next steps from me, once I get the package, how
do I remove the NSS? @peregrinator

How to Remove a Non-Shipping Seller Alert:
Go to the Problem Order page, enter the order ID and the option to remove a Non-Shipping
Seller Alert will appear if the order is in NSS status. Removing the alert will
set to order back to Pending status.
NSS alerts can be removed if the seller provides proof/receipt of shipment
or tracking information. If the order is incomplete or expectations are not met,
the issue must be handled between buyer and seller.
