I don't have a picture of that piece from when I opened it, but the set picture
shows the older variant. I think this request really ought to be an alternate.

I will agree. I purchased a new sealed set and found the raised arch.

Not solid proof, but there are a lot of used copies of this set on eBay, some
with each variant.

This set was available from January 2008 through December 2011. The raised arch
92950 was introduced around fall 2010, so your request to remove 3455 cannot
be accepted because it was definitely included in earlier copies of the set,
but 92950 will be added as an alternate part.
