When someone cancels an order after paying, how do you go about refunding? This
was a pretty large order and the PayPal fees are pretty high, how would you go
about this? In my terms I state that they will not get these fees back but I
know that they could still leave feedback if the order is canceled. Thanks.
The only way no FB can be left for a seller is if an NPB is completed. So you
either refund the full amount take a risk on the FB or refund the net amount.

I have this right in my terms, which I can point buyers to if needed.

Someone can NOT cancel the order. The only person who can cancel the order is
seller. Buyer can submit a request to cancel and seller can simply reject it
and ship the order.

For this reason, I won't just cancel an order. But in certain rare cases
if I agree to cancel, I might request buyer to do a bank transfer of like 5%
to 20 % (if order was picked up).
I always request the buyer to leave a positive feedback first, before any cancellation
happens. This is for multiple reasons. One is to make the buyer do some work,
so that next time, he won't submit an order in another store, pay and then
request to cancel.
I don't care about positive feedback at all but the last thing I want is
that after i cancel an order, the buyer leaves a neutral one. This has been reported
here a few times.

So, shall I just file NPB in all cases?
I just cancel as per the buyer's wish.
Never got a Negative for accepting a cancellation, right the opposite, often
get positives for this.

+1. I usually cancel orders at the buyer's request (aside from 1 a long time
ago when the buyer was "aggressive" (as in they asked questions which
i answer then repeatly asked the same question in an attempt to avoid tax)) and
haven't gotten any neutral or negative feedback from it

Agreed, anyway it's how it works here.

This is very bad, sorry to say, if not forbidden on BrickLink - and by many Consumer
Laws, but that may depend the Country though.
