How is it determined which items are featured in the "Featured items"
section on BL's main page, below "Browse LEGO items"? There doesn't
seem to be a rhyme or reason, because there are some really obscure things
there sometimes, like this Paradisa minifig. None available, none sold, released
in 1993, and on a staggering 5 wanted lists

I just noticed it was added to the catalog on February 20th, so I guess that's
at least part of it. But my curiosity still stands, as there were a lot of other

So why was this Paradisa one (or any other featured one, for that matter) chosen?
Does BL randomly pick a handful out of the newly added items?

Always liked minfigs of the Paradisa line within Town.
