Yes, I just got 5. I also got one less than the inventory says for each of black, red, and yellow 3024. I assume that has something to do with the redesign.

Nope, they are just extra parts which are not yet listed properly. Seems the
original inventory was based on the full contents including the extra parts.

Is there a batch code on your box? (Probably on one of the seals.)
Is the box the early version with the LEGO logo only, or the later version with
the LEGO SYSTEM logo?
Are the minifigure heads with solid stud or blocked open stud?
