3962a can be added again if we find proof for this variant. However, I have a feeling that all sets past 1990 only came with the b type.
It seems a bit odd that there are currently two extra 1x1 round plates in trans-red in the inventory, but they have been added by our "misb set expert" Mauro so I won't change the quantity.

One of the models on the back of the box uses two of these, so only one of them
is extra and two are regular. Or alternate in this case now that I've accepted
these change requests.
