This set is not in catalog yet and not in Pending Approval too...
So yes, you can add it to the catalog (in the category "LEGO Brand : LEGO
House"

No, 40458 is from 2021 and 40534 is from 2022 (but probably still available
in 2023). See here:

Also, 40534 has a copyright year of 2022 and the code 1602 on the polybag means
the set was manufactured in the 16th week of 2022. That wouldn't make sense
if it was a 2023 release.

We received 14 House Chef sets but always 40394

Do you want i add a photo off all the "back/behind of the Chef to understand
better when Lego made them?
