I wonder if the b version ever came in this set.

The inventory was based on parts list and within a few weeks 2476 was added based
on sealed set contents.

set from 2007 and 1 set with this part in white in 2008.

besides the lack of a lbg image, the dbg image doesn't show the variant exactly

I also have serious doubts that the 'b' version of the part was made
in the newer grays. This is another one of those incomplete splits that happened
in the past and really needs to be fully worked out with an official 'a'
version.

was only used around 2001-2004 and should not be included in an inventory from
2007 or 2008 without very good evidence.
