I'm sure there is a logical explanation. But why is Luigi (crs064) from set
8206 considered a minifigure and Guido, which is in the same set, not?

There is a Guido minifigure (crs005) from set 10732/10745.

Every time I read or write 'Guido' in this context, I can hear Luigi
in my head calling: Guido! after Lightning fixed the road in Radiator Springs...

Okay, Guido is now added to set 8206, but Yikes! there are still a lot of Cars
cars missing from other sets. Should I keep going?

Thanks,
Jen
