Seriously, are there any styles of pizza unique to France?

I don't think so, I don't see something very typical from here.
But I can't be sure - I'd need to know which ones you've and even
with that, the names may vary (like in Mac Do - see Pulp Fiction) for the same
thing...

Well there are several styles in the USA, probably the most famous are New York
style and Chicago style (which at the risk of giving offense, is more like a
pizza-flavored casserole than pizza ... but I digress)

Pizza con patate?
Yep
It’s from an old skit from a duet of French comedians about Provence (southeast
of France, where Sylvain lives) and regionalism:
— ‘Pizza pomme de terre’ is supposed to be THE traditional local dish of Provence,
— ‘Pomaçon’ is a made-up local dish.
— ‘Pinédou’ is a made-up local rosé wine you have to drink very cold so you don’t
feel its taste (like all rosés…),
— and all that with a bad southeastern accent, odoriferous lavender and singing
cicadas.
