Unless something had changed recently, the Regular is whoever got there first.

If both versions are found in the set, then the Regular one is the earliest version
of the part in most cases.

I just checked about 10 videos and reviews of this set (mostly from summer 2013
when the set was released) and did not find any evidence for the round top version.
This would also be one of the last sets with this variant in white. In most sets
from 2013 that have a white antenna, we only have the flat top version. Therefore,
I accepted these requests and removed the round top version entirely. It can
be added again if someone has solid proof that it came in this set.
