| I'm trying to add a relationship for
[B=9780241011638uk]
[B=9781465436665us]
but I don't see a category for book variations.
Which category should I put the relationship under?

Since these can be seen as "different" languages due to different spellings
of words between the English dialects in the UK and USA, you can just use the
"Same Books in Different Languages" relationship.
