I seam to have a problem opening my store , most of components are already in
the store but can't find a link to open it .
I checked the list of stores in Australia , and my Upper Coomera brix is not
on it .

As expected, a few boxes don't currently fit in to any shipping methods,

For the Poster, there are two dims in (Length and width, but no thickness) but
not packing dims - which would be sort of arbitrary depending on how the seller
packs them yea?
For the ring are stud dimensions the correct measurement?

| Hi all,
Even after nearly 10,000 orders, I've got a problem with an order that I've
never had before, and need some advice!
I'm in the UK, and a customer from Florida, USA has made an order in my store.
The PayPal payment has, for some reason, gone through twice. I can see two separate
identical transactions in my PayPal feed, and my balance been credited for both
transactions. On Bricklink, however, there is only one order with no duplicate.
Now the simple solution would be to just refund the customer the full amount
via the order page. Do a test amount to see if it goes through once or twice,
and then refund the rest as appropriate. My fear however is that, as this payment
includes a refund of the Florida Sales Tax that has been paid, a full refund
of the one and only order on Bricklink will flag this up as being unpaid, and
therefore cause issues at customs.
The other thought is that the duplicate payment may be picked up by PayPal and
refunded automatically.
I have a feeling this may be a Bricklink tech issue, as interestingly the message
the buyer sent me regarding the issue came through twice as well.
The simple question is how do I proceed with this? Any help very much appreciated!

| Is there a way to understand the reason for rejection of a change to the catalog?
I suggested an insertion of dimensions for an item that didn't have them
previously (and which can be derived both from the item itself and from other
effectively identical items), but it was - for some reason - rejected.
There's no indication anywhere I can find as to why this happened.
This feels like a pretty major disincentive for me to spend any further effort
trying to improve the catalog if there is no feedback to try to rectify a change
request that's rejected.
Help?

| 3 months after a sale, with no prior communication, I received NFB from a buyer
because he found no lego mark/brand on a chain, part# 30104. I'll try to
put venting aside, but are there any newer chains that do have the Lego label/mark/brand/logo/stamp
that are branded?
I don't mind protecting the brand. Some clones I've seen scare the hell
out of me and could ruin the market. Can I tell this buyer he made a mistake?

"render" mon Mac ouvre le terminal et le render ne se fait pas.
