| For the last week all of the orders coming in have reverted to small parcel when
they would easily fit in a large letter. We are obviously refunding the customer
for this and losing out on the PayPal fee. This definitely feels like a bricklink
error as I haven't changed anything and it happened suddenly.
We are loosing a fair amount over this and also we will be losing custom due
to the postage being too high. Can bricklink please confirm that this is something
they are working on?

I've also noticed the same. In some cases just a couple of items that are
well under the threshold dimensions when combined.

| Same - for the last few weeks this is happening to us and I've been refunding
loads of overpaid postage charges.

| Happening to me too, I'm getting fed up of it and it must be putting buyers
off as sales are slow.
I'm glad my store is only a hobby store, some sellers must be losing precious
income!

Just FYI, seems they fixed something about it:

Fixed package padding being applied incorrectly
