| Why am I being asked for a confirmation code ever time I log in to my Bricklink
store on my Mobile phone? I think it is only on my phone not my home compute.

| Where can I go to find the original retail price of older sets. Like from 2005
forward. I used to look on Peeron.com but it does mot seem to work now.

| I recently started using Brickstore instead of Brickstock. When I go to add items
to the list of items I am going to upload, the item gets added 2-3 times even
though I am only clicking ADD 1 time. Than I have to go to the list and double
check all additions to make sure they are only listed once and also with the
correct amount and price. I thought it may be my mouse so I changed that and
it still happens. Any ideas why this is happening?

| I have notified help desk twice on this matter. Original order fee was billed
on 3/04/2022,
Shipment was lost in transit and a full refund was issued thru Bricklink on 4/13/2022
to the customer. I am still waiting for the refund of seller fees. Not on July
statement yet. Am I going to the wrong place to report this, since I have not
gotten any results yet?

| This is the first order I have had go missing in 11 years of sales. Can some
of you
who may have gone thru this give me tips on how to proceed? Claim has been filed
with
UPS, They say it is lost after only two days of investigation. It was over $500.00
set
and unfortunately I did not buy extra insurance. On pirate ship they said it
had
$100.00 insurance. Do I notify Bricklink first?

| I suggest that the word "USED" on the invoice be highlighted in red or some color
so it is clearly seen when picking orders. It may be just me but I do not have
very much used Lego listed at this time and I have found myself looking for a
long time for an item in my new inventory when I finally realize it is "Used"
Today I picked new instead of used and wondered why my inventory was off in my
