I know I'm probably missing something but if not what made you think they
were trying to get into your account and not just another NPB case?

Hi Nubs, I don't thing you are missing anything, I really don't know,
gut feeling I guess. My problem is I'm not that good with what is going on
in the hacking world🙄 and I hope it was nothing

A week and a half a go I had a request for a photo of a fairly costly headgear
from a buyer he had only 1 feedback from last year. I sent a message regarding
that I would be willing with no response. I then took a few photos the next day
e-mailed them, I had no response. I wasn't to worried it happens (right)
but I started wondering and did worry I was afraid someone was trying to get
into my store or something, so I deleted his message (no to sure what good that
would do) But then I received a order from the same person a few days after buying
2 items that had no bearing the the photo requested previously. Ok I thought
and invoiced the order. Still no response or payment😬 I waited 4 days feeling
very uncomfortable and cancelled the order. I haven't heard anything back!

So I am wondering what you long time, smart, BL sellers think about it

Kathleen I actually have 5 torsos and they are used in very good condition. They don't appear to be de-decorated and I have no idea where they came from, I bought from a gentle man who buys for the MF's only, he buys in large volume.

PS....I also have a solid orange torso

I have never put a limit on pieces sold, I have thought on the subject but never,
after all I am here to sell. But lately some orders are so large that it takes
hours to fill.

I tried to edit the store but see that it says lots to limit. Any suggestions
from you big guns out there how you/or if you have limits and how much. I was
thinking 1500 pieces.

Thank you in advance, Kathleen

Alternate Item No for:

Thank you, I did see that, but there is no photo for it or info of where it came

My Question is do I need a PP set up in the small business or can I revert back
to non business without hurting taking the taxes off? The BL team helped me with
fixing my invoicing to the USA and all is great, I'm happy 😊 I only changed
my PP to business because I didn't know what else to do. I'm not trying
to avoid paying the taxes and don't want to jeopardize that.

I have been going over YouTube video's and nothing is said about the sending
of a invoice where taxes are applied.

To make myself a little more clearer, I don't have self check-out and I was
always able to send a invoice to a US buyer until the taxes came into affect.
The page I get states “The page cannot be displayed because an internal server
error has occurred”

Also Just to let anyone know I CAN send a invoice to the US when there are no
taxes a few are out there (or at least they were) I haven't see any lately.

Any help/advice thanks. Kathleen Onebrick@atime

You're not alone - many much bigger stores have this issue too.

When I check your payment methods, I see something about no international for
PayPal Onsite outside of Canada. Does that include USA? I'm not even sure
how to make that differentiation in the settings, unless it's something during
the PayPal integration setup.

First step is remove your two regular PayPal options (the non-onsite ones). I'd
remove it from Canada as well. We will eventually have marketplace tax and it'll
save you the headache later on (most use onsite anyways). We also won't be
able to accept Interac E-transfer for the same reason.

What I'm suspecting is that the invoices you attempted to do had the regular
PayPal (not onsite) as the Payment method and was throwing an error as it must
be PayPal Onsite for tax collection. When you remove the two old PayPal options
from your payment options, this should help avoid it from defaulting incorrectly.

After that, you should be able to invoice normally. Ensure that they do not send
you payment directly outside of the PayPal Onsite. They need to use the Pay button
from their order page after you've successfully issued the invoice. This
means when the payment comes in, PayPal will automatically strip the tax portion
from it and send directly to BL without you needing to do anything

Thank you for the reply, I posted the note about not being able to ship to the
US today. I am afraid I will get a US order and not able to invoice 😔 I will
take your advice and try since I don't think it will hurt, and might even
work. I have received a new message from the BL help team which I will post below.
I think I will also set my settings for shipping as BL has asked me to do as
it won't hurt either. Thank you again......Kathleen, Onebrick@atime

  From the BL team

Hello Kathleen,

You would have to go into your store settings shipping manual change the
shipping to international and input the desired shipping prices, insurance, tracking,
weight, etc. to your desire.

Once this is completed, US buyers should be able to see the "Pay" button
on the order page once the order is invoiced.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thank you!

Sincerely,
Ray

  Hello,
I am looking for help identifying a piece that I beleive is LEGO Technic. In
one photo, it appears to say LEGO 18507 but I can't find this part anywhere.
Please see all photos. There are grooves inside this part that would lock onto
a technic axle to rotate with the axle but loose enough to easily slide on the
axle. Any help in identifying this part would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

So maybe BL changed something in the macros/templates?
Bug or silent change?

I'm all set, everything is ok now Some how got fixed 🤔
