Hello
I am starting getting paranoid with all those mails we are receiving to identify
our account…🤔.
Could the Bricklink admin / support board please post some information, so we
know what to expect. I cannot believe that support is sending mails with threats
of closing ones account. We have no complains from customers, are paying our
fees … I cannot understand why there should be withhold any customers payments
/ orders? Is that for real?

Does any one else get these mails?

Sincerely, Brickworkers

Due to the OTP security measures - I cannot access my shop. The mail for the
code is never arriving - also not in the spam filter?
What to do?
Does anyone else have this problem?

Best regards

  Hello

I am using Brickstock a lot, but recently I cannot do the mass upload to BL.
It is always opening on an error page.

Also I do not have the stock room options anymore?
Does anyone have the same problem?

We have recently noticed that we are reducted an automatical extra fee from BL
via PAyPal payments.
At the moment we only have this fee which is ca. 6% of the total amount reducted
with US customers We have no further information from BL about this.

I think we are paying quite a lot in fees - so prices of bricks must go up...
Does it still make sense to sell single bricks or are we getting cut off by Lego
in the end?

Partner fee = US taxes that are being collected. This is not a fee to you. It
was automatically collected by BrickLink as per the invoice sent to the buyer,
and that's them taking it from the payment received from the buyer so they
can submit it to the US government/agency that collects the taxes.

How can I specify the countries I ship to and those I do not ship to?
Is it possible to include or exclude counties from a list, where I can check
for a single country or does it only work continent wise?

Thanks in aadvance.

  Hello,

Do you mean that you can see this in the amount you have really left over?

Or the amount the website (order) says there are leftover?

Because if you sell the same part in a new order, the ''amount left''
column also updates in previous orders.

Yes, this. When you look at the qty remaining on a given order, it's the
quantity left in inventory including any other orders that have been made up
to that point, not the quantity left in inventory after that order but not including
subsequent ones.

Yeah, if you have more than one open order don't fall into the trap of seeing
that you should have 0 of an item left, finding you still have a couple left
when you pick that part, and then through those in as freebies. As chances are
you need those parts for the next order and you realise you have just packed
them as freebies.

But when I have left 4 pcs in inventory in batch 1 and then in batch 2 the customer
buys another one and there are still 4 left - not 3, then there must be something
wrong ...

We have noticed that some parts which were bought by a customer, have not been
subtracted from inventory.
F.x. A customer buys 1pcs 3069 left 4 in inventory
Next customer buys 1 pcs of 3069 left 4 in inventory.

I can see this error when coincidently two customers buy the same part short
time apart.
I cannot notice how often this happens but the last 3 weeks we have seen 7 incidents
in our shop.

Anyone has this problem too?

Hello

Of course - everyone has his own system - but mine is:
Color first - item number second

Unfortunately this setting is not available in "orders settings".
Is it possible to have this setting option too?
If yes - where to ask for it?

Best regards
Petra

Hi
I know there are many ways to have stored your bricks - mine are by color and
item no. That works for me.
Is it too much to ask, if it could be possible to add " By color , item no" into
the setting options of received orders? Then I would not have to open my boxes
again and again when picking the order.
I would so much appreciate this!

Best regards
Petra
