Things are getting setup at the Toy and Plastic Brick Museum for 2024.

We have a number of building projects, fix-it projects as well as more animation
setups as well.

Some new items for 2024;

Two LEGO built rats! One is a king and the other is a pirate.

4 ft (and heavy as heck) LEGO eyeball.

Two more space ships for the Mars room. And we put light sequencers on!

403 Forbidden message when I try and post an image of the eyeball.

Ok to link to an outside link??

We are in need of a few 2 inch lit screw in LEGO buttons.

One of ours melted today from an incorrect bulb and our replacement unit does
not look good with all of the other cool buttons.

Opening for the 2024 season. Looking for "Guest Builders" this year
to get a few projects done.

If you are near Bellaire, Ohio or traveling through let me know if you are available
and what type of building style you are into!

Thank you.

It is insane the amount of buildings we have to fix and show but it will get
done.

Room is looking nice already and we are not even close to being done yet!

I am jumping the shark a bit on this post but 2024 is going to be an interesting
season.

We are working on the CANADA IN OHIO room.

We purchased a collection years ago and have not had all it up for show yet but
this is the year!

Lots of work has gone into this room and it is going to be epic!

This is the original builder Sara Kehler DeFehr or as she was known as; "The
LEGO Grandma"

All 1970's and of course you all know I love the original LEGO windows and
they are here in massive numbers.

Ok LEGO people. I have posted before when I find something cool as heck.

Well this is a twisted tail of "What the heck is this?" and yes I am
aware of the "it is fake" crowd but I can assure you I have documentation
to backup the "real" claim.

This is a one of a kind LEGO brick and yes it is 14k Gold.

I am not very good in photos and this thing even makes me look good.

Sometimes it is better to be lucky then good looking that is for darn sure.

Have a great weekend.

What a pretty brick, I will gladly take it off your hands for £1 just to be nice

hehe!

auction # 191446320

Goodwill: 14k Gold Bionicle mask, 2nd time it's been auctioned. Currently
at $11,000 USD.

Thank you so much for posting this.

I was out looking for the auction when I found this gem!

Nice! What’d you get it for (if you don’t mind sharing)?

More then I had available. Friends and family loaned me $$.

This forum has always been a "troll haven" and the people who support them.

Nothing new, welcome to reality.

I do believe there used to be a poster in the forum called 'asteroids'

I am doing a followup on my "bunny" story from 8-10+ years ago.

If anyone knows this buyer/seller/forum poster please let me know.

Would like to contact them about the LEGO bunny and get an update!

Yes I have been writing stuff down for the museum staff so they have all of the
stories if I drop dead from a LEGO related accident.

Do you have a link to your original story? I'm intrigued!

Looking for it. Probably posted earlier then the "post purges". I have not
been on this forum often since the "forum wars" of yesteryear! ha

dont think it is since in the bag there is a large trans-black windscreen and
that set doesn't have one and that set doesn't have any sand green and
there's lots of it in the bag. I think the other guy has it

Then i got the color of the Bracket (36841) wrong It looked like white to me
not LBG.

And a note: You can search for up to 3 part in any bag you want to identify here.
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogIn.asp?utm_content=subnav
Just get the color right

Yes. If you have 3 parts from a baggie you can get the choices of sets down
to single digits and figure out what set the baggie is from.

But each bag has a number on it, wonder if those cross reference to the set?

Has anyone documented the bag numbers inside of the sets?

We have this bag and would like to save the "3 part rule" to identify if possible.

Thank you.

Looking for shelf fill for the gift shop. No more the 3 of each set but would
like to purchase from one vendor to save on shipping.

Looking to spend around 1000-1500 in one purchase.

Thank you.
