| So I have had some of these in my store for many years and I have noticed (actually
it was brought to my attention by a customer) that the rubber beards have a whitish
waxy look to them that does not clean off.
I have noticed over the years that LEGO tires sometimes had this issue and other
tires had a wet greasy feel brand new from sets.
Has anyone else noticed this issue with Hagrid Beards?

| I have a buyer who marked their order in my store as paid before I could include
shipping and invoice them. Since it is marked “paid” I cannot find a way to
add the shipping charge and invoice the buyer.
I have messaged the buyer (a newbie with a 1 rating from South Korea - I am in
the US) twice but yet to receive a response.
I have not received any payment from this buyer, so I’m not sure who/where they
sent their money to if they actually paid someone.
Is there a way to circumvent the locked cell and allow me to add shipping so
that I can invoice this customer correctly?

I just opened 4 of these sets and one set had the lime green jumper WITH the grooves.

I just opened 7 of these sets and found that 1 of the sets had alternate parts for both of these parts listed in Bricklink Inventory.

I just opened 6 of these sets: 3 sets had this part with grooves and 3 sets, the parts did not have the grooves.

| I too have closed my international service and only supply to the United States.
The new USPS first class international charges increased 50-75% on all of my
packages to the point where it is not worth it to international customers(including
Canada). I have had too many customers leave very unfriendly messages to me
about the new fees (like it is my fault). Too bad - most of my international
buyers bought up most of my (unwanted) minifigures!
