After seeing the May the 4th releases, I need to get some extra funds so am selling
already competitively priced sets with a further 5% discount!

Shipping in the UK only - please help a guy out!

I'm trying to send out an invoice for an order but keep getting a message
stating 'The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has
occurred.'

Anyone had anything similar? I've updated the shipping costs & set it to
Ready so can't see that I've missed anything!

Thanks in advance!

Does anyone have any ideas what might be happening (other than the obvious server
error!) - I've reached out to BrickLink but as noted elsewhere, they are
dealing with a large backlog at the moment but I don't want to keep my customer
waiting if I can help it!

Thanks!

Nubs isn’t here yet but he often says something like that: internal server error
is the goto error when something is wrong in a form.
So, check your fields, again?

+1 maybe you accidentally entered a symbol that triggered that instead of the
normal error message but it has been seen several times since the hack so it
may be a different issue this time

Thanks Nubs & Sylvain - it gets stranger as I had another order need an invoice
which worked without issue. All the settings are the same so not sure why it's
just this order it doesn't like!

Try putting a 0.01 credit in the order and invoice again.

Thanks Stellar. I tired to 0.01 trick but that still brought up the error.

Randomly I tried to delete most of the invoice email template & send it which
worked! Might be some random element specific to this order that caused it to
happen but at least now if it happens again, there is a workaround!

Do you have a personal email in your template or a link to PayPal or something
that would forward the buyer to pay other way that is not the Bricklink Pay button?

Nope - just the standard BrickLink template. Maybe there was just something in
this order that triggered something to kick out an error.

Probably should have put this up a couple of weeks ago but I've recently
moved from Buyer status to Seller status!

UK based store selling a variety of sets & minifigures. More will continue to
be added over the coming weeks/months too!
