  Dear Bricklink,
It's a really bad idea to destroy our database. We need the original database
with all the part difference. The database is build over Years and your plan
wil destroy al the efforts what countles members did in in al this Years. I am
a buyer and sometimes i need a specific part. With Your plan it's almost
impossible to buy that specific part. With your simplifacation you wil destroy
years of hard labor and makes things much more difficult.
So please don't do it.
With regards
Ingo Heinen

Why would they do that? That is one of the most important things that BL as
accomplished. Even Lego has lost information and many of items it was selling,
particularity the Samsonite line. Their data base for contents of the early
sets is wrong or does not even exist.

I am excited, (well as a 76 year old can get excited) to see two of my favorite minifigs.

I am sure they are at least 20.

Meaning you're at least, legally in the clear? What about your other under-clad
ladies of the ABS persuasion, your Barbie harem?

-popsicle All over 21 and there are some great other ones in Belville.

You have really done a lot of work over the years to improve the catalog which,
to me, is the most important part of bricklink.

Aren’t these so cool! They are super junky looking, and I thought they were crappy
knock-offs. Turns out they are really old Lego. Does anybody know how old they
are? Thanks 😊

Looks like Samsonite to me.
Never use really and old in the same sentence. Makes me nervous.

Is there someone who knows this yellow one?

unreadable for me, maybe 'S.Q.U.I.D' ?
- '@2021 The LEGO Group.' on the pole part.
- 23L, 18cm

Thanks in advance

Hi guys I have a question which is better buying a new or set on bricklink
or eBay I had a bad experience with a seller on eBay I had brought the set 42042
and I paid the guy the idiot and he didn’t ship the set until five days later
he kept telling me he was l looking for a box to ship it in but in the end he
finally ship it and I got it with a shipping box and it was warped in a paper
very thin like a printing paper and it came damaged the box with rips and holes
and I asked eBay for a refund but the seller refused to apply and he didn’t even
apologize guys is it better to buy from trustee sellers here on bricklink than
eBay with rude seller on eBay it almost took 5 days for him to ship and he had
complaints on his eBay account but the bags were sealed who sends a lego set
without a shipping box and he kinda mentioned that box was damaged but like
that and he had horrible pics on the site i couldn’t tell it looked

And guys on bricklink when I said said idiot it doesn’t go any one a seller
on bricklink you guys all are trrusted seller the idiot is the guy on eBay and
he kept me waiting and he didn’t respond to my messages and he had a few bad
feedback on eBay other people who brought from weren’t happy same as me guys
what is your advice shall never trust a seller on eBay

But you can ship cremated people and animals through USPS. Also, chickens, fish,
and reptiles. But not all in the same box.

BrickLink is a better place to find experts and credible LEGO sellers. eBay is
just an online marketplace for anything and everything.

Nice camera roll.

You have to watch for gelatin in products, yogurt, cupcakes, twinkes, pill capsules,
marshmallows, and skittles. All have ground up animal juice, eyes, lips, and
sinews.
Now enjoy you cupcake desserts.

In my corner of the world, living in our little country town of about 10k people,
we were given the opportunity to memorialize 9/11. A remnant of the towers is
now mounted in our town square, on display. One of the 'rules' was that
the twisted piece of steel must not be washed prior to installation, as it had
the DNA of lost souls on it. Chilling!

At the Planning and Zoning meeting to discuss the installation, one member, quite
choked up with emotion, quietly said that it needed lighting. All eyes turned
towards her. She continued, "the people had been in the darkness... I want
them to have light". The Mayor was the first to speak afterwards, and quietly
affirmed, "those souls would have light".

That gave me goosebumps.
Karen

I did not know if I should write this, it can be cancelled. It hurts when people
are worried about pronouns when the US is at a crossroads that started with 9/11.
We have been, since 9/11, fighting for the basic freedoms of this country throughout
the world which has never been so close to becoming another Roman Empire at its
end. The world is dangerous right now and so dependent on the US for leadership.
I hope we will be the guiding light for the survival of freedom, but I am starting
to doubt, for the first time in my 76 years, we will survive. Hopefully all
the deaths and mutilations of Americans and our allies will not have been in
vain.

Never forgotten.
I think the minute that we heard the news will always be frozen in time for
each of us.
You remember where you were, what you were doing, and who you were with.
Honor the victims and salute the first responders who ran towards that horrific
scene knowing the danger they faced.

Karen

Very nice Karen.

Hi! I need six million pounds of Lego sets per month. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I need proof that you have store for one month's supply before I can take
the seriously.

Does anyone believe that? Come on now. This is a wack job on intelligent reasoning.
Now if that was Cheerios I would believe him.

Oh, I did see somewhere that there were enough Lego produced and laid end to
end it would reach the moon. Maybe he is in the process of doing that.

Sure, but on BL there is no auction option

Just an example from eBay to show that sometimes sellers do stange things to
listings to make money.
