Vielleicht ist ja unter euch auch der ein oder andere der damit persönlich Erfahrung
gemacht hat.
Zudem bin ich derzeit in einer Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik und
müsste somit meinem Ausbilder um die Eröffnung einens Gewerbes bitten, bloß damit
ich auf sinnvolle weiße meine alten Teile gegen ein bisschen Geld ( überwiegend
"last 6 month sales average price" loswerde.
Bin nartürlich über jede Antwort dankbar, besonders wenn Sie von einem in Deutschland
lebenden "Seller" käme, da ich ebenfalls in Deutschland lebe und somit
auch die "Rechtslage" aus Deutschland kennen müsste.

Oui, c’est la loi… mais quand le vendeur ne veut pas, on fait comment ?
On peut demander l’aide sur la plateforme européenne… et quel poids a-t-elle
pour forcer le vendeur à annuler ? Surtout quand l’acheteur n’a pas encore payé ?
Et BL s’en moque : le NPB tombera quand même.
La seule façon de faire intervenir quelqu’un qui a du poids, comme PayPal ou
l’organisme de sa carte de crédit ou bancaire, c’est de payer.
Donc, comme je le disais:
— soit on accepte le NPB et c’est fini,
— soit on paye et attaque le vendeur via PayPal ou sa banque / carte de crédit
ou en justice pour se faire rembourser… et on aura quand même un négatif (ou
pire, je ne suis pas sûr que BL ne blâmera pas les acheteurs qui font ça), alors
qu’il suffit de ne pas payer.

| man muß auch als kleinunternehmer der USt-IdNr.angeben,aber hat mit die rechnung
nichts zu tun,es gilt weiter wie vorher ohne angabe oder abzug von vat
und solange sie als kleinunternehmer sind müßen sie nur in Deutschland die steuer
bezahlen,außer nr angeben auch in imressum und in bricklink hinterlegen ändert
sich nichts
