| Hello all!
I just received an order in the mail I had shipped almost a month ago and it
has a sticker saying undeliverable. What should I do here? Should I refund the
whole order, or swallow the extra reshaping costs. Thank you!

| Need some opinions...
When you get an order and ship it out, do you print out their order and put it
in the package, and if so do you use color or black and white. Or do you not
even put one at all? Currently, I print out one sided black and white and was
told by my significant other that looks bad and cheap. Thoughts?

| Hello!
im a new seller and I need some help with the shipping. Recently, I switched
over to flat rate shipping for items and I got a customer who says their items
are too expensive to send over, so what do I do to make sure the flat rate shipping
is the correct price for the buyer? or if there is an option, to bill the shipping
later after boxing it and knowing what kind of mailer it will be sent in to price
accordingly?

| I'm just curious what are some of the preferred methods of cleaning assembled
Lego. I have some bookcases with about 30 Lego builds. I've noticed (the
white ones especially) have started to gather a fine layer of particulate.
Does anyone perform routine cleaning on their builds?
- Feather Duster
- Air Blower
- Acrylic Cases
- Take apart, give a bath, and rebuild
- Leave it; don't worry; it's Lego

| I've noticed a few times buyers that leave feedback with other stores they've
bought from but not from ours. By no means do I think that we are doing an inadequate
job and the praise we do receive is wonderful so I am not trying to sound greedy
I just want to know what sellers do to increase their likelihood of buyers leaving
them feedback.
Do you send out a message asking for them to leave it?
Do you include a note in the order itself seeking it?
I have left feedback with them already but haven't received anything back,
we are still a fairly small operation, but I am confident that I am doing a great
job in quickly getting orders out and packaging contents safely and well so just
wondering if I need to be more bold about how I approach receiving praise from
others because it would help our store greatly!

| Hello Bricklinkers,
I have a few orders "behind me", including one from that store. A few
days ago I did make a cart above the bricklink minimum order amount (26 euro)
for this store but it did show me that it is not enough anyway and it shall be
42 euro. I did check the store rules and it says that only for countries from
zone 4 and above this apply. Poland, according to German DHL is in Zone 3. So
I did message the seller on Sunday. Till now I did not receive any reply so I
did start to top up the cart to 42 to euro only to discover that suddenly the
store does not ship to Poland. Did anyone encounter this kind of behaviour before?

| ...how is it possible that this site apparently has (at least?) two different
sorting algorithms in place? When I sort my wish list inventory by item name
I get "Brick 1x12" before "Brick 1x8", in my store inventory
(and in orders and set inventories) it recognizes the numbers correctly and sorts
1x8 before 1x12. Is there method in this madness?

| I have a new store set up, opened the shop. When I go in and look at the storefront
it shows “ships to me” in USA but there’s an error message that pops up… does
not ship to Missouri. It’s not just my state because when I get on device with
location set somewhere else it pops up…. Does not ship to California.
I must have some setting wrong but I can’t figure it out I’ve spent a lot of
time looking through all the settings. Please help.
