Hello, I'm Kickstand.

My fascination with lego began when I was a small child. Family legend has it that grandma brought some Lego from Germany in the late 1960's, before it was available in the United States. Thus I am supposedly one of the first people in the U.S. to get their hands on Lego.

My personal collection of Lego is mainly from the 1970's, and includes various early town and space sets, including pre-minifig people figures. This Lego has withstood the test of hard play. I remember building toad homes, space ships, vehicles of various kinds, and more. Later came the time of long-term storage, as I could not bear to get rid of my all-time favorite toy. This is not the Lego I have for sale.

Flash forward more than 25 years. The Lego world I knew has exploded. A huge Lego community unlike anything I had ever imagined has sprung up around the internet. No more building alone in my house with only my Mom to show the results.

Recently I've begun scouring thrift shops and yard sales for top-quality used Lego sets. My favorites of these are put into my basement for my son and daughter, who are still a bit too young to play with them. The rest goes into my Bricklink store.

The items in my Bricklink store, KensLittleStore, are from local yard sales. I use the money from them to buy new and used Lego and Duplo for my kids. I am not a big dealer, right now I just have a few sets. I buy and sell with integrity and honesty. I assemble each set and fill in missing pieces before I sell them, so that you may be assured of getting a complete set. Shipping prices are built-into the set prices, so there's no extra shipping charges.
