To seller's concern:
Paypal is not allowed in my country. There are few people who have Paypal in my country that runs from USA or some other country that approves paypal under their relatives name. It’s their business to bring items from Amazon, ebay etc. I use one of them to bring LEGO and other stuff for me. My current carrier has three addresses; one address is in UK and two addresses are in USA. For sellers from USA, one address is in Raleigh, North Carolina and another address is in Chaska, Minnesota. If you see any of these two location than it’s alright to ship there.
