| | I am Australian, I usually live in Canada. I am ex Military and Law Enforcement. I have been doing Lego all my life and collecting for way too long. I collect unopened/sealed sets and have 100's included several of each of the Designer Program sets, which are easily my favorite.
I love the modular expert housing sets typically found in the 10182-10276 series and again have multiple of each building.
I might open a Bricklink shop in 2025, but I am also open to people asking me if I have something to sell. A large majority of my unsealed collection is Designer program and retired sets that had an original retail price of $300.00 or more. I don't collect small Lego items.
I have an 11 year old son he was a late diagnosis of "High functioning non verbal autism". When he was 8 all he said was "hi/bye". I spent a lot of time playing and building Lego's with Jack. Lego started his speech he would ask me for a "blue or yellow flat" also known as a tile lol. He now speaks over 10,000 words through Lego interactions.
I am going to design a Lego variant with an IC programmable learning matrix which can speak to Children like Jack as its built. A similar tool (definitely not Lego) sells for about 5000-6000 euros and its complete shit and you can't change the product like you could interchange color/bricks on what I plan. I verily believe I can achieve this under 1000.00/670 euros. A close friend of mine is an electrical engineer and programs satellites he will assist me in the nerdy component.
