It was only a matter of time...

I've always enjoyed models, model building, and admiring the craftwork of skilled modelmakers, but I never really appreciated the use of Lego as a medium for high quality modelmaking. In January of 2002 however I was idly looking around on the internet and found my way to Brickshelf.com, and from there to numerous personal websites showcasing both original creations and astonishingly well-crafted recreations of famous models. The door was opened (ripped off it's hinges as some have joked), and now I find myself deep into a hobby I'd forgotten about almost 15 years ago.

My main passion are large scale, intricately detailed vehicle designs, most often with a military bent to them. My quest is to eventually build exquisite replicas of the hardware found in James Cameron's movie: ALIENS. Thank God that Lego manufactures dark grey pieces in sufficient variety and quantity that I can get most of the parts that I need.

An advance "THANK YOU!" to everyone at Bricklink.com for helping me out and for offering this sorely needed service in the first place.
