Recently made a purchase. It’s been 3 days and the items have not shipped. I
have reached out to seller and have bot got a response. Is there a time the seller
has to ship by or anyway I can expedite the process?

Each seller does things differently, many state their shipping times in their
terms. There isn’t any site wide way to get orders to ship faster, as bricklink
is made up of thousands of separate stores

Three days is not unrealistic, especially as that includes a weekend. It is
also a different process packing a single set versus a 100 lot order, so it will
depend what you ordered.

How much did you order?
If its a busy store and you have a large order 3 days isn't unrealistic.
Something to consider is that half of the US population was impacted by the winter
storm this weekend. If the shop was in the Northeast, today may have been the
first day they were able to ship if the order was placed Saturday.

I have orders that were made and paid for over the weekend. 3 feet of snow fell,
they are still waiting to go. I let my buyers know there would be a delay.
I was lucky because we never lost power, but I still have 3 feet of snow in my
street. If they are in the Northeast there is a good chance they have no power
and no way to ship.
