Someone tell me how to contact a live person to get an NSS removed. I have a
buyer that filed an NSS without checking with me. I provided the buyer and bricklink
the U.S.P.S. tracking number which shows the package was shipped and is arriving
late. The buyer wanted me to refund them for the order because it has not arrived
and stated I must refund them since the package has not arrived. Then the buyer
cancelled the NSS and still wanted me to refund them. When I did not agree to
that they refiled the NSS this time saying the order was missing parts, which
is an obvious false accusation. PLEASE HELP.

Once you send proof of shipping to the helpdesk, they will remove it when they
get to it. It can take 2-3+ weeks but they will remove it (aside form rare cases
where it seems to never happen).
