Just a heads up, you may want to change this
“I'm not responsible for postal delays or losses once the package is marked
as "Accepted" by the carrier.”
As the seller is fully responsible for the package regardless of insurance/tracking
until it arrives and if it gets lost in the mail or damaged, the seller has to
cover it

Sellers are responsible for shipping (that also includes untracked shipping)
Just an observation:
If you are new to selling/shipping online I would suggest to only ship within
your country or region (EU) just to learn how everything works since a lot of
countries have specific rules on how to import/export goods.
