I had an issue with a buyer and could not cancel their order, even after I initiated
a full refund. The system would not let me cancel the order and the buyer submitted
an NSS. There was no option on my side to cancel and no response from help ticket.
Any suggestions?

It seems not rare for the helpdesk to take 2-3 weeks+ to respond, but so long
as you send proof of the refund and shipping to the helpdesk they will (eventually)
remove it (tho there have been several users who said nothing ever happened…)

Thank you for the help. I was not aware I could set the order back to pending
that way. I do have proof of refund (date prior to when it was reported as NSS)
so I can send that if they ever reply to the ticket. This is very helpful information

I don't know if you can cancel an order in NSS status, if that's what
you're attempting to do. Send proof of refund to the help desk.

I don't know if you can cancel an order in NSS status, if that's what
you're attempting to do. Send proof of refund to the help desk.

Indeed, once an NSS has been filed you can’t cancel the order until it is removed
