I was selling a keychain for 40 dollars someone messages me saying they will
buy it for 25, I said will you pay 30? They said they will think about it.

So then a different buyer with 3 reviews shows up and buys that same keychain
full price but cancel payment. I had to submit a cancel order request and put
it back up

As soon as I put it back up the previous guy who wouldn't even buy it for
30 instantly bought it for 40

there is no payment on my end on paypal, he INSISTS he paid and I check his transaction
ID it is not there.

I receive a negative review on my account and a paypal dispute despite never
getting money in the first place.

If you click "issue refund" on the bricklink order, what does it show
as? If the buyer filed a paypal claim, and you recieved it, it means they did
send the money, its not possible for buyers to just file claims against accounts,
then can only file a claim against a seller who they paid, and can only claim
as much as they paid.

If you go to your paypal account to see the open cases, it should show the transaction

when I checked my transactions it was not there, when I enter the ID it also
was not there.

I think that was the idea, as the link would go to the OP's list when the
OP clicks it. I assume the feedback was removed, as it wasn't showing earlier
either when I looked about five hours after the posts.
