If you have the set in hand, take a picture of it and post the picture here.

If I have permission to use your picture it should be easy to add to the catalog
as the sets are already listed.

The proper way to add a new item to the catalog is going to this page:

There you can add a new set:
https://www.bricklink.com/wantedCatalog.asp?catType=S

And after that you can upload an image for it here:

https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogImageAdd.page?itemType=S

Then a catalog admin will review your submission and handle it.
