Hello I have just started trying to sell stuff on bricklink and im having abit
of trouble with shipping. A buyer pointed out that my store doesn't allow
shipping to Arizona, but I have shipping options that should allow me to ship
there. I checked again and even in the state I live in it says I dont ship which
is weird. I did copy shipping methods from other people since I dont trust myself
to make one, so maybe thats the problem? I dont really know so hopefully one
of you guys can help me out here.
Do you have PayPal setup for online sales. Think this is a requirement for a
lot of states due to sale tax. I think you may also need to have a PayPal business
account.
You do not ship to the UK so i cannot check anymore than that.

As you have PayPal onsite this sounds like the glitch version. Try disconnecting
and reconnecting your PayPal account to bricklink

Yes, lots of things are supposed to be required and are not (terms, shipping…).
