I checked the 21356 River Steamboat for sale. I have Lowest Price as sorting
filter. Then the top seller, from Norway, has it for 3094 SKR and then the second,
Hong Kong, have it for 2560 SKR. After that the rest of the listing is showed
with increasing prices as I would expect the filter to work.

I might be mistaken, but it might be something related to taxes (ie it’s included
in the price of some listing depending on your country and the sellers country
but not others) or something like that

That doesn’t work: whether I buy from Norway (first listing for me, €282.90)
or Hong Kong (€234,05), I’ll have the same 20% import VAT to pay.

Indeed, but if the buyer and or seller is within Europe (or some other region)
and has hit some threshold for tax stuff it could be related, but like mentioned
it’s just a guess but there have been several threads about this before and for
some reason I thought it involved taxes in some way

The only way it could work is if the first price includes Norway’s VAT, 25%,
so base price of €226.32.
But then that means the VAT mechanism is broken.
… And it is broken: when I go to the store, the item is at €226.32. There’s
no reason why it’s shown with Norway’s VAT included in the items’ page.
Norway is not in EU. Only buyers in Norway should see VAT-included prices from
Norway stores.

If it helps at all, this is what it shows for me (in Canada)
