At a quick glance I see the following minifigures or parts thereof.

Minifig No: cas055 Name: Ninja - Samurai, Blue Young
*
cas055 (Inv) Ninja - Samurai, Blue Young
Minifigures: Ninja
He appears in 5 sets.

Minifig No: cas056 Name: Ninja - Shogun, Blue with Armor
*
cas056 (Inv) Ninja - Shogun, Blue with Armor
Minifigures: Ninja
He appears in 7 sets.

Minifig No: cas053 Name: Ninja - Robber, Green
*
cas053 (Inv) Ninja - Robber, Green
Minifigures: Ninja
He appears in 8 sets.

Minifig No: cas048 Name: Ninja - Black
*
cas048 (Inv) Ninja - Black
Minifigures: Ninja
He appears in 10 sets.

My guess would be that these 4 probably came from

Set No: 4805 Name: Ninja Knights
*
4805-1 (Inv) Ninja Knights
9 Parts, 5 Minifigures, 1999
Sets: Ninja

Minifig No: ww007 Name: Bandit 1 (Black Bart)
*
ww007 (Inv) Bandit 1 (Black Bart)
Minifigures: Western: Cowboys
He appears in 6 sets.

You have two Islander torsos that could be either

Minifig No: pi070 Name: Islander, Male
*
pi070 (Inv) Islander, Male
Minifigures: Pirates: Pirates I: Islanders

or

Minifig No: pi079 Name: Islander, Male with Quiver
*
pi079 (Inv) Islander, Male with Quiver
Minifigures: Pirates: Pirates I: Islanders
You have another Islander torso that could be

Minifig No: pi068 Name: Islander, King Kahuka
*
pi068 (Inv) Islander, King Kahuka
Minifigures: Pirates: Pirates I: Islanders
or

Minifig No: pi069 Name: Islander, King, with Black Hair-Piece
*
pi069 (Inv) Islander, King, with Black Hair-Piece
Minifigures: Pirates: Pirates I: Islanders

You have several torsos from the Pirates theme and a few from Castle theme but
there are too many minifigures that use the same torso to determine which they
are from using the photo. You will need to id the torso, look at the heads &
legs you have, to see what minifigures you can make out of them.
