Currently, the timeout on Bricklink for logins are WAY too short, not to mention
it logs you out in the middle of a session, without letting you know, which is
extremely annoying when for instance you're browsing a store, and suddenly
none of your wanted lists show up, because you're logged out. WHY?

Let us please remain logged in forever, as long as we don't physically log
out? This is basic 101 web design, and used to work fine, but after the LEGO
login mess, it is now ccompletely useless. Please fix?

I completely agree! Yesterday I was getting automatically logged out about every
10 minutes. It's SO irritating that a multi-billion dollar company
has the internet prowess of a rock.

It's been horrible today!
Had to login over 15 times just today to retrieve orders and adjust inventory.
We have all cookies turned on but it's not helping...

Yep today was the worst here. It's not a short session problem, it's
something else.

I'm on the forum, fine, I select another BrickLink tab, like an order I'm
placing, and I'm logged out.

But it's not a full login, I just have to click on something like "Select
this LEGO account (or pick another one if you have one)". Then I click 1001bricks,
and I'm logged in.

Still, it happened a few times today, while the other days I wasn't bothered
for days.

Which should be the normal behaviour, especially while I have tens of BrickLink
tabs opened 24/365 on a machine and a browser I never shut down.

+1 for it happening when I change from tab to tab and it redirects to a page
that looks like the LEGO login and I have to choose/select the account then get
redirected back to Bricklink.

I've had to sign in at least 10 times today. So annoying. And I don't
like the new color guide either. After clicking on the color, it takes you to
all the parts instead of the category page. So an additional click then needs
to take place to get to the category page. Not the end of the world. But again,
so annoying.

It did it to me maybe like 8x while working on inventory today. And it did it
2x while attempting to reply to this post. Admittedly equally comical and painful.

I wish the BrickLink team would fix problems rather thinking up and implementing
ways to create more.

Same here.
Was fine since the merge, today it is acting out.

Today is really, really, really bad.

I'm adjusting things in the inventory, invoicing orders and responding to
messages and I lost count of how many times I've had to log in.

Hopefully this is a bug that will get squashed quickly, we need to stay logged
in!

And there are a few of us working in the shop so I'm hoping that they accounted
for this and aren't disconnecting one of us because the other connected from
a different spot. I wasn't able to confirm this as the other people working
at the shop have left but some are working from home.

I miss the pre-merge days when you'd log in and stay logged in!

I'm on my 14th log in and I have lost work on at least 3 pages with all the
redirects. But, hey, no one has asked me my age for a week! Sigh.

Yes, but I agree - this is super [appropriate word here] annoying.

When people are unhappy (especially for valid reasons) they tend to be less delicate.

Yes, I’m annoyed too.  Thankfully, even when going through a login and failing
to post for stupid reasons, I can still go back in my browser to copy my prose
to try again….

But we are adults here, and to paraphrase a saying:
Un adulte, ça s’empêche. / An adult, they stop themself.

login mess, it is now ccompletely useless. Please fix?

that's weird. Every new tab leads to log off... and new login...

Not every new tab for me… but it happens often enough!

It is FLICKING annoying as all get out, this is web 101, get your act together

Currently, the timeout on Bricklink for logins are WAY too short, not to mention
it logs you out in the middle of a session, without letting you know, which is
extremely annoying when for instance you're browsing a store, and suddenly
none of your wanted lists show up, because you're logged out. WHY?

Let us please remain logged in forever, as long as we don't physically log
out? This is basic 101 web design, and used to work fine, but after the LEGO
login mess, it is now completely useless. Please fix?

Bug or feature? What causes this behaviour? Did the devs respond so far? I hope
it's just a fixable bug and not meant for lasting. It's already annoying
that I don't stay logged in in Studio, no matter how often I mark the "stay
signed in" field. But the random kick-outs in Bricklink right in the middle
of something are indeed a menace.

I guess we can just blame LEGO and are not wrong.
