Now that Bricklink has changed so many part numbers, in particular the tiles
which lost the b suffix (1x1 tile 3070b - 3070) I haven't been able to load
any new wanted lists into Bricklink, can we have a fix so we can fix all the
part numbers that are no longer recognised?

I've not used Studio much, don't really know how to go into a model and
alter its parts or if there is a way to export the parts list out of Studio so
it can be cleaned up and imported into Bricklink, need something to work though.

Upload the file into brickstore, it will let you fix them and then redownload
the list

Yes, that’s a continuing problem that they aren’t fixing 😤

Well, for changes in the catalogue only, Studio can open older files and you
just need to save the file again and it should be “fixed.”
You can also upload it from Studio, and it now has options to filter the parts.

BUT old files are also often using older 3D models and those are not always automatically
corrected by Studio.

So, the simplest solution is to use BrickStore (as Nubs proposed) or Rebrickable.

I had another go at opening and fixing it in Studio and managed to replace all
the parts with current equivalents then it loaded ok but it is a pain, fortunately
it wasn't a huge model. I never used Brickstore, I have my own inventory
tracking program which I have linked to my bricklink store.

Sorry, I thought you wouldn’t go this way, so I didn’t expand on it… but there’s
a trick to force Studio to replace (most of) the old 3D models: https://forum.bricklink.com/viewtopic.php?t=7920
and this tool allows to make deep replacements: https://forum.bricklink.com/viewtopic.php?t=11804
