So I get blamed since they let their dogs eat the mail now...
I dont even know what to say if I reach out to the customer...
also I cant be the only one who has most packages delivered to their door (outside
Canada Post) so this cant be some brand new thing for them to get packages delivered
to their front door or something...

Just reply something like "That's no good! But that's not my fault.".
It's the truth.
I got a negative feedback something like "Took more than 10 days to arrive".
Its not really my fault the postage is slow (I shipped it the day it was ordered).

valid response , and sorry to hear they left that for you . I try to be a
bit more worded in my responses and try to work things out when possible, however
I wont be giving them a refund so dont worry I wont let them walk on me
my current draft is
"Hi!
I just saw your feedback and was extremely saddened. Outside of Canada Post which
was not used to ship the order, (tho they still sometimes place it infront of
the door as well), most/all other carriers, including Amazon, food delivery,
and Local Couriers, place packages in front of the door, which is standard procedure
and how hundreds of millions of packages are delivered across Canada each year.
I wanted to reach out to see if there is anything we can do to help remove the
feedback, or if we must resort to responding to the feedback with our feedback.
Stay Safe!

tho im not sure if it to "threatening" with how it ends (or its just

feedback replied to and message sent (aside from the last part of the draft),
now the waiting game, if they don't ever respond or get aggressive ill then
leave appropriate feedback but otherwise hopefully it can be resolved.

Hi Jason,
Sorry to hear this happened to you
This is the consequrnce of being a successful seller and receive countless number
of orders.
I think your response is not good and I think I have a much better idea, but
at the same time, I think this buyer would not retract his order. Things can
be strange. I remember I had a buyer from Quebec who ordered from me a few times.
I noticed he left a negative feedback to a good Canadian seller. something like
"Had lots of issues with PayPal to proceed the payment". I had a few
back and forth with him to explain this had nothing to do with this seller. My
last line that convinced me was like "Yesterday it rained a lot and I got
a flu. Should I leave a negative feedback for this seller whose order I recivied
also today?"
He then removed his feedback. I sent a message to that seller explaining everything
and requested him to remove his feedback but he didn't even though he replied
me he would.

Yeah I do try to work things out too, but the buyers who leave negative/neutral
feedback are usually the ones who don't want to talk. I've reached out
to each of the 8 buyers who placed negative/neutral feedback, but they've
never respond. I've even offered refunds...

Honestly I would respond its not my fault your Dogs have NO respect for LEGO.
Maybe you should get rid of them cause they are clearly useless due to poor Owner
Training.

Yep but pizza oil on the package COULD be a plausible reason, though.

time they've ever received an order that was placed outside the mailbox and
it confused them and then they removed it.
