You can part out to a Wanted List
And I see nothing wrong with the feature right now.

Or you can get the Part Out price as a buyer too. Also working here.

No, buyers are normally able to part out sets in wanted lists.
It’s just that Jennnifer associated “parting out” with adding a set’s parts to
a store and forgot about the wanted lists

I had an account (i am not a seller) but I could not merge it with the ledo account.
I made a new one (bricklink account) and then the merge succeedded. I can now
login but I lost the ability to part out a set. Do i need something specific
to do that now?
to be more specifc: If I login and choose a set, I see six small headers: Three
above and three below. The middel one below says "My wanted list" and
underneath that I have the choice -part out- If I choose that, enter the info
and click -submit for edit- on the bottom, I get a banner with the word -null-

Are you parting out in a new list, created on the part out page, or into an existing
list?

It is not good possible to het a good screenshot of the error message "null"because
it dissapears as soon as I start grabbing the screen image

I don’t see anything wrong on your screenshots. When I do the same, with the
same set or another, it works.
What’s your browser? Your operating system?

Well, it’s weird… but now I believe all the necessary info is in the thread
so we can only hope they’ll fix it with all the other problems brought out by
this integration….
In the meantime, you can also try getting back your old account by writting to
the Help Desk: bricklink@support.lego.com
