I think you’ll have to be a bit more precise.
Are you the seller or the buyer? (As a US buyer, you should never see VAT, but
still….)
Is BL collecting the VAT or not?
Where does the tax not appear?

The vanilla template was updated, if you are using a custom one since long ago,
copy it to a text file and reset it on Bricklink, then add the new vanilla one
your customization from the old one.
thanks.. I think I'm using the generic output, but I'll check.. the only
thing I've ever customized was the text message part, but it might have saved
the whole thing
