What's up with PayPal? I've received 3 Paid-Just Kidding-No Really,
No Money For You in a row. Is PayPal having trouble today processing payments

At least 2 weeks for us now with at least one per day, and we have had it on
the buying side as well. Today it also started to error out and not allow a partial
refund on PayPal either so I suspect it is getting worse.

For a partial refund you can do it on PayPal directly, then open the order details
and go to the issue refund link and it should update automatically with the details
done through PayPal and show op on the order

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately this only works for International or
tax-free states since part of the refund includes the amount of tax that Bricklink
reserved out of the payment. Hopefully they get this corrected this week.
