Assuming you go through the verification process to become a seller:
1 - Yes, you can sell a Used set (but not a New one) as "Complete" without
the box or even in the instructions, but you should put in the extended description
that it's missing those things
2 - I think most people prefer the sets they buy to be taken apart (otherwise
they have to take them apart in order to build them! Plus shipping an already-built
set can be more expensive than shipping one taken apart because of volume). But
if there's some assembly that could be damaged by taking it apart, it would
be better to leave intact. A good example of this is tires that have been put
on hubs, but there are other examples.
