Does anyone remember why “Hinge on” was added to the descriptions of
*
32bc01 Door 1 x 2 x 3 Hinge on Left with Trans-Clear Glass Parts: Door
*
33bc01 Door 1 x 2 x 3 Hinge on Right with Trans-Clear Glass Parts: Door
Because that’s a bit confusing:
— there’s no functional hinge,
— there’s not even bumps to indicate hinges,
— all the other doors use Left/Right in the same way and don’t have “Hinge on”
in their descriptions.
I’m not asking for a change, I’m just wondering why

Knob on right would be better, at least we see the knob?

Yes, but in that case, Right/Left would used the opposite way of other doors.

Maybe is it just because they don't have the hinge as clearly visible as
the rest of the doors?

Well, on the contrary: if they aren’t visible, why mention them? As 1001 said,
telling us where the knob is would be more logical (even if it’s the opposite
of the other doors).

I never noticed this, always assumed the left/right was about the knobs - now
I'm terrified: Are all my doors inventoried the wrong way round? :o
*off to check inventory*

Er, now you mention it, maybe I need to check mine too, even not-a-seller want
to have an accurate inventory
