Hey,
we accumulated over 800 messages (we responded to them but never deleted them)
and we wanted to delete them but can only see/delete 10 of them at a time.

Anyway to raise the number of messages we can read/delete? been searching the
settings section for a little while and didn't find it.

Hi,

I don’t think there’s an option for that

But you can simply wait a month (or 6) and the messages will be deleted automatically.
  “Messages regarding orders are purged when the order is purged. All other messages

I don’t think there’s an option for that

Agree, I searched a bit but couldn't find.


  But you can simply wait a month (or 6) and the messages will be deleted automatically.

Problem is it could be what you receive, so you're permanently stuck at around
