Hi everyone!

As the subject says: I've added 4 items to the catalog over 9 months ago
and they are still not added to the catalog (approved) - is this normal?

I've also added pictures.

I tried to give them a useful name and also a useful ID, comparing IDs of other
items in that category of the same type.

The items are:
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?G=LegoCap21
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?G=hatduplo01
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?G=LLmedal6
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?G=umbrella03

For the images I've added, see attached pictures.

Did I do something wrong why they are not accepted?

If not, then it's kind of demotivating to add items. I have many more to
add, but if it is usual to take that long for approval, then I'd rather not
invest time in it

Thanks!

It is unfortunately not that unusual to have long delays.
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogPend.asp
This made worse by LEGO launching a significant number of sets in January.

Oh, ok :-/ That's kinda sad - you have a good community and still ...

What does it need? More moderators / admins to approve things?

I recently added my first item ever (stickered assembly for the UCS Death Star
II). Seeing this post makes me never want to bother submitting anything again.

Most gear items are a niche on BrickLink and have a much lower priority than
new sets and their parts and minifigures. This means that it can indeed take
very long until we have time to look at them, unfortunately.
Anyway, here's a start:

Gear No: 106615 Name: Hat, DUPLO Floppy Hat Double-Sided, Light Aqua with Red Bunny and 'wanna play?' / Bright Light Yellow with Multicolored Bricks Pattern
*

I will try to get your other submissions approved this week, also.

Wow, great - thank you!

Please note that the item number (106615) is only displayed as "rdp-creative"
item number (seems like they produce many stuff for LEGO, also recent coins)
... let's hope that this number does not interfere with some LEGO IDs

We can still change the number to something like "106615-RDP" in the
future if necessary. But for now there is no reason not to use the RDP numbers
as the main item number.
