Hi,
I stumbled across stores that dont have an imprint. Reported them, but got back,
that they didn´t find anything. Thought that every shop has to have one?

If it is not in the seller's TOS, then it is not actionable. I do not see
any requirement for an imprint.

It's something complicated they write on 2 pages in small characters, like
insurances.
More or less mandatory, but it looks clean and professional.
Then later on, when they ship to another Country they sometimes aren't clean
at all

In English, the sense of imprint that matches the most what OP is talking about
is: “The name and details of a publisher or printer, as printed in a book etc.;
a publishing house.”
In German “Impressum” has the wider sense of “required legal notice.”

Like: "I will not cheat on emissions.", signed Volkswagen AG.

EU laws demand that some informations be given by all online sellers (even hobby
sellers).
Personal info (status, name, address…) but also info about retractation rights
and legal stuff.
As far as I know, German stores are the only ones who are strict about it… because
they also have a law there where a store can denounce another store as not law-abiding
and get a compensation for that and, IIUC, there’s “seller associations” that
just live by doing that.
Exactly. And I am missing those info at EU stores and also some German stores...
So what to do here? My reports didnt help

Yes some probably should show Impressum or such, but it doesn't change that
many German sellers are the most reliable and wunderbach sellers on BrickLink.
So, what's your goal? To rule the world, make problems - or to order items?
